We use your VPN, SSO, or named user accounts with role-based access. Credentials are stored in 1Password / your secret manager. Every team member signs your NDA before access is granted, and we follow your offboarding process when team composition changes.
We schedule a daily 3–4 hour overlap with your US working hours (EST, CST, MST, or PST — whatever your team is on). The rest of our work happens async, so you wake up to delivered modules.
Reasonable revisions are part of every monthly plan. We use Articulate Review or your preferred review tool, and turn around standard rev requests within 24 hours.
Always. Every team member assigned to your work signs your NDA. We can also sign data processing agreements (DPA) if you handle EU/UK learner data.
Yes — we offer a 5-day paid pilot at $200. You send us a real production task; we deliver it inside your tools so you can evaluate quality and fit before any monthly commitment.
